TradeTech’s engineering lab provides powerful graphics intensive workstations PC’s for instruction in the Project Lead the Way engineering courses using AutoCAD software. The Pre-Engineering courses introduces students to the scope and discipline of engineering and engineering technology, so that they can appreciate the benefits of this powerful career be better prepared to successfully complete an engineering degree in college.
TradeTech High School has been equipped with the most advanced IT Infrastructure using VMware virtualization to create an Internal Cloud for students and teachers to share information quickly and reliably. Every Student has their own profile where they can save their electronic files and projects and submit their work to be reviewed by their teachers.
Every classroom at TradeTech is equipped with Smart technologies Interactive Smart Board to enhance each student’s classroom experience with rich interactive lesson plans. Smart boards have been proven to be an effective learning tool that engages the students and promotes greater interaction and participation in the classroom.
TradeTech is equipped with the latest wireless technologies to provide a secure, high speed connection to student laptops anywhere within the campus; providing access to the internet and local area network without tethering student laptops with cords.
To protect our students and still allow access to the vast amount of information readily available on the Internet, TradeTech has partnered with OpenDNS to filter inappropriate and malicious websites, while still providing open access to the World Wide Web.

Trade Tech students learn to use Autodesk® Revit® Architecture building design software. It works the way architects and designers think, so students can learn to develop high quality, accurate architectural designs. Built for Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit Architecture helps students capture and analyze concepts and maintain a vision just like architects.
Trade Tech students learn Autodesk® Inventor® 3D CAD software. Inventor offers a comprehensive, flexible set of software for 3D mechanical design, product simulation, tooling creation, and design communication. Inventor takes students beyond 3D to Digital Prototyping by enabling them to produce an accurate 3D model.
