This is the workout you will do during class this week

Keep track of your fitness/ activities this week. In class we are starting circuit Training. Watch the edpuzzle before our class so you can have a better understanding ahead of time.

Fill in as much as you can throughout the week with your fitness/workouts and activities. Do not forget your workout from class. If you need help finding workouts to do at home go to the topic "workout videos" on google classroom

Check your heart rate throughout your workout today (check it 5 times) Write it in heart rate monitor sheet.

Write it down in your fitness log

You should be getting 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise everyday. When you exercise today check your heart rate, write it down in your log.

Go for a run or walk. Or try this Hiit workout.
Check your heart rate before, during and after
Mark it in your heart rate monitor log
Were you in the target heart rate?

Check your heart rate throughout the workout. 3-5 times. Write down Heart rate in your Heart rate monitor sheet.
Also write down in your running log whether you did Hiit workout or went for a run

Practice your running using the proper form. See how it feels. Try and go for 30 minutes walk/run. Reminder: you should be getting 60 minutes of vigorous to moderate activity everyday.
Mark it in your walk/run tracker then mark this assignment as done.

After watching edpuzzle. practice jogging with good form. Do a 20 minute walk with bursts of you practicing your jog

Create a slide show using google slides or powerpoint. Attach the slide show to this assignment and "hand in" if you are struggling to figure out how to use google classroom please let me know. The attached document will give you step by step directions on what should be in your slide show. There is also a rubric on how it will be graded.
