Medical Authorization Form
The Medical Authorization Form needs to be completed and signed by a physician if a student is required to take medication at school or an emergency medication needs to be at school with a student.
This applies to all prescription and non-prescription medication, including common medications such as Tylenol or Motrin.
No Tuition
North County Trade Tech High School is a public charter high school and is tuition-free!
No District Boundaries
Any student who is a resident of the State of California is eligible to attend - students are not required to get an interdistrict transfer
