Creative Writing Assignments

This elective course is designed to develop individual writers within a writing community. Sharing writing within a group setting and giving and receiving feedback are the focus of the course. We can write for ourselves, but until we put our ideas out to others, we do not really know what we are capable of. 

 

We write daily. We explore published works for models for our own writing. We revise (and revise and revise)  our formal assignments. We publish our work. We celebrate ourselves as writers and creative beings.
