To graduate students with a strong blend of academic and workforce competencies necessary for future success in post-secondary education and in the 21st century technical workforce.

To meet the fundamentally different learning needs of students today and the emerging needs of the world of work.
In 2008, we opened our doors to students and their families, providing a new approach to education. We are a high school team that is primarily concerned with what students will do after they leave us. We have done our job if each Trade Tech graduate is armed with the skills and knowledge that leads them to a living wage career in North County.
HG Fenton has been with us since our beginning. They are a model to live by and have guided and supported us through our growth. Our values directly reflect their direction given from the start. Through the years, those same core values were the driving force behind our success. When you read through our values, you’ll see that they’re honest and straightforward.
