Advanced Engineering Design (AED)
Grades: 11-12
Length: One Year
Prerequisite: IED or CEA 
The major focus of the Advanced Engineering Design (AED) course is a few long-term projects that involve all aspects of engineering students have learned here at TTH up until now. Students will use elements of drafting, engineering design, architecture, computer science, and manufacturing to dive into the idea of “Dream it-Engineer it-Build it.” As students learn about various aspects of engineering, they will apply what they learn to the design and development of a project agreed upon by the class. Next, students will engineer it from beginning to end. The course provides students the freedom to challenge there engineering skills to create the best possible working prototype.
